Rome was liberated
from Papal control on Sept. 20, 1870!!
Vatican
and Pentagon unite to restore lost Papal States!!
After
the liberation of Rome in 1870, Pope
Pius IX ordered his slaves to leave their hovels in Europe and take
over our beloved country in order to use it's great economic and military
power to recover his lost States. Thus began a massive Roman Catholic
invasion of the United States with millions of immigrants coming through
Ellis Island, New York.
The
Vatican controlled Pentagon is determined to restore the lost States
. . . if they can destroy Russia first....Iraq is a FAITHFUL
ally of Russia in the Mideast and that is why the Pentagon is trying
to destroy that country!!
New World Gold and
Silver used to finance the Counter-Reformation!!
Papal
States in central Italy prior to 1870. |
|
Prior
to 1870, the Vatican misruled the whole of central Italy in an
area known as the Papal States or States of the "Church."
Gold and silver
(real money) was stolen from the New World natives and shipped
to Italy. It was unloaded at Civitavecchia (the Port of Rome)
and then went overland to the Vatican.
All the loot
was stored in hugh underground safes or vaults and locked up securely
using the "keys of St. Peter."
The gold was
silver was used to fight the blessed Reformation of Saint
Martin Luther.
In 1870, Giuseppe
Garibaldi and Alessandro (the Great) Gavazzi put an end to that
nightmare.

they can destroy Russia!!
Today, gold
and silver entering Vatican City State must first go through Italian
customs. |
Alessandro (the
Great) Gavazzi ended Papal misrule in 1870
Oh
Canada!! A GREAT tome from the university of Laval, Quebec,
on the life of Alessandro (the Great) Gavazzi. Robert Sylvain
was a docteur ès lettres at the university.

As
soon as the Pope ceased to misrule the city of Rome in
1870, Professor Gavazzi rushed into the roaring lion's lair and
set up the Evangelical Free Congregation of Italy. He told the
Italians to send the Pope into permanent retirement and
to turn the Vatican into a MUSEUM!!
He warned
them that if they allowed the Pope to stay, he would try to get
back the Temporal Power. Just at that time, megabucks Roman Catholics
like John D. Rockefeller and J. P. Morgan began to send millions
of dollars to the Italian Government to persuade them
to let the Pope stay!!
President
Lincoln had just saved the Union so the United States was now
a vast empire from sea to sea with limitless natural resources
and vast economic potential.
The Pope ordered
his minions to leave their hovels and go to the United States
to take over our beloved country.
By using the
vast economic and military potential of the U.S. the Pope dreamed
of getting back the lost States!! |
4
great events have been fulfilled in Bible prophecy and world history

Death
and Resurrection of Jesus the Messiah in 33 A.D. |
2 |
Destruction
of Jerusalem and final end of the Jewish Nation in 70 A.D.

Fall
of the Papal States in 1870. |
The
fall of the Papal States (the little Horn) was predicted by the prophet
Daniel around 457 B.C.:
"But
the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to
consume and to destroy it unto the end"
(Daniel 7:26).
The
Apostle Paul predicted the exact same event when he foretold the rise
and fall of the Great Apostasy:
"And
then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with
the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of
his coming"
(II Thess. 2:8).
All
the world knows that the Great Saint Martin Luther was the man that
God used to end the Babylonian Captivity of the Congregation in 1517.
However,
thanks to the Jesuits, very few know about the man that God used to
put an end to the Pope's Temporal power in 1870.
This
man, an ex-monk like Martin Luther, was Alessandro (the Great) Gavazzi.

monk leading the crusade for Italian liberty.

Alessandro
Gavazzi was born in Bologne on 21 March 1809 and his HOME GOING
date was January 8, 1889, in Rome, Italy. He studied to be a monk
at the University of Bologna and was a professor at the University
of Naples at the young age of 20.
During the Revolution
of 1848 he inspired his countrymen with his fervent patriotism.
On the walls of Rome he stood shoulder to shoulder with Garibaldi
as the outnumbered Romans made a gallant defense against thousands
of French, Spanish, Neapolitan and Austrian mercenaries.
In Nov. 1848, Pope Pius
IX fled from Rome and the Romans set up the Roman Republic.
The Pope marshaled 4 massive armies to destroy this bold bid for
freedom. General Garibaldi was called to the defense of the besieged
city. On April 30, 1849 the siege began. The Romans held
out against impossible odds until July 3, 1849.

The Defense of Rome was
the Alamo of Italy
The defense of Rome was the
Alamo of Italy. For 2 months the defenders of the Republic held out
against 4 armies: Austrian, French, Spanish and Neapolitan. Finally
with all hope gone, the Republican Assembly decided to leave the city
rather than surrender to the Papal armies.
Father Ugo Bassi (1809
- 1849).

|
Father Ugo Bassi was killed by
an Austrian firing squad.
Father Ugo Bassi was
a fellow Barnabite monk with Alessando. He stood shoulder to
shoulder with Garibaldi and Alessandro during the siege of Rome.
After the siege he was captured by the Austrians -- the double-headed
eagle people -- and tortured before facing a firing squad.

When Rome was conquered by
the Papal armies, Alessandro was hidden by Mr. Freeman the American
Consul (Rome has never forgiven US for that) who helped him escape to
England. It was there that the Lord saved him from Romanism to true
Protestant Christianity.
Professor Gavazzi
preaching the Gospel in New York and Montréal, Canada. |
|
The
man who was the hero of Italy lived in London for 2 years
as a stranger in a strange land. He spoke not a word of English
and was penniless. His daily companions were hunger and homesickness.
Eventually he became known to his fellow exiles in England who
asked him to speak on the cause of Italian liberty.
Gavazzi mastered the
English language in 2 years and could speak without an interpreter.
For a person who was only familiar with the Romance languages
this was a very, very difficult task.
Immediately he began
to preach the truth of the
Gospel as it is found in the Holy Scriptures. He preached all
over the United Kingdom and was given a tumultuous welcome in
every city that he visited.
His lectures were so
popular that the American Christians invited him to preach in
the U.S. He arrived in New York in the year 1853. He was a SENSATION.
Multiplied thousands came to his lectures. All over the U.S. and
Canada he warned the Americans about the threat from Rome and
exhorted his fellow Italian exiles to throw off the Papal tyranny. |
In 1860 he was back again
in his beloved Italy as Chaplain and spiritual adviser to Giuseppe
Garibaldi. There he urged Garibaldi to throw off the papal yoke
of bondage and rid Italy of the Pope forever.

Alessandro
in his golden years.
As
soon as the Pope ceased to rule over the city of Rome in 1870,
Professor Gavazzi rushed into the roaring lion's lair
and set up the Evangelical Free Church of Italy in its stead.
He was the head of the Free Church until his home going
in 1889. He did not live to see Italy completely Pope-free but
like Moses he saw the promised land from afar. That prayer,
we know, will be answered very soon.

Editor's
Notes
President
Lincoln - the emancipator of the New World was also born in 1809.Cornelius
- the first non Jewish convert to Christianity was also an Italian
soldier:
"There
was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the
band called the Italian band. A devout man, and one that feared
God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and
prayed to God always" (Acts 10:1-2).
After
the fall of the Papal States in 1870, the Roman Catholics who refused
to see the finger of God in this great event and "repented not
of their deeds" (Rev. 16:11) were ordered to leave Europe and emigrate
to the U.S. in order to take over our beloved country . . . and use
it to recover the Pope's lost States!!

The
movement for Italian unity began with Piedmont, which with Sardinia,
formed the Kingdom of Sardinia. Year by year the various States
were liberated from Austria, and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies
absorbed, until in 1870 the Patrimony of St. Peter, including Rome,
became part of Italy, having been wrestled from Pope Pius IX.
