When the Pilgrims landed in 1620 they never dreamed that their domain would stretch for 3,000 miles from sea to shining sea. That area is greater than the domain of the Roman Empire at its height....Because the earth is flat, 2 holy cities could easily fit in the space occupied by the continental United States.
At the present time all the states have laws against consanguinity, but those laws would have been obsolete or gone with the wind if the Evil Rules America Amendment had passed in 1979.
Alarmingly, in 1979, there were over 1 million lawyers in the New Jerusalem, and most of them worked assiduously for passage of the Evil Rules America Amendment.
Leviticus Chapters 18 and 20 are universal laws of sex and marriage!!
At the beginning of history, about 6000 years ago, brothers and sisters had to marry in order to increase and multiply. By the time of Father Abraham, (2000 BC) human DNA had become totally corrupt, so JEHOVAH destroyed the wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by fire.
The angel of JEHOVAH delivered Lot, his wife, and 2 daughters from the Twin cities. Lot's wife looked back and she was turned into a pillar of salt. The trio found refuge in a cave....Lot was the first CAVEMAN.

After escaping from Sodom and Gomorrah with his 2 daughters, the daughters believed that they were the only people left alive in the world.
As a result, they made their father drunk and each sister was pregnant by her father.
They named the 2 baby boys Moab and Ammon.

In the Holy Bible there are laws that apply exclusively to ancient Israel, and laws that are universal. The 10 Commandments are universal, but the ceremonial laws applied only to Israel, and became obsolete when Shiloh came. One such universal law is Leviticus 18:6:
None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him to uncover their nakedness: I am JEHOVAH (Leviticus 18:6).
To uncover nakedness was a Hebrew idiom or figure of speech meaning "to marry or have sex with a person." In today's English it would best be phrased as "no kissin' cousins" allowed! JEHOVAH issued strict decrees against consanguinity because ancient Egypt and Canaan were overrun with "kissin' cousins."
Leviticus 20:21 is another universal law:
If a man takes his brother’s wife, it is an unclean thing. He has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They shall be childless (Leviticus 20:21).
That was the verse that made King Henry VIII realize that he was guilty of incest with his dead brother's wife.

After his wife Isabella went to "Purgatory," King Manuel requested a dispensation from Pope Alexander VI to marry her younger sister.
Prior to that time even Catholic canon law prohibited such abominable consanguinity.

King Manual's dynasty became extinct in 1580 when a cardinal named Henry became king, but he was forbidden to marry, so the curse of Leviticus 20:21 took effect in Portugal.
On November 14, 1501, Arthur Tudor, Prince of Wales, was married to Catherine of Aragon. The bride was 15 and the groom was 14.

In 1545, Pope Paul III convened the Jesuit dominated Council of Trent.
That Council officially sanctioned consanguineous marriages and cursed those who challenged the Popes right to make void the laws in Leviticus.

Here is that decree from the Council of Trent:
If anyone says that only those decrees of consanguinity and affinity which are expressed in Leviticus can hinder matrimony from being contracted and dissolve it when contracted, and that the Church cannot dispense in some of them or declare that others hinder and dissolve it, let him be anathema. (Canon II, Twenty-Fourth Session).
That ruling is typical legalese and ambiguous, so it allowed the Popes to bypass Leviticus and sanction the consanguineous marriages of kings and queens. Ape-man Charles Darwin is the most infamous British kissin' cousin.

There are no contradictions in the Holy Bible. That law was only in effect until Shiloh came (Genesis 49:10).

The story of Ruth is a classic example of Deuteronomy 25:5 in practice.
A brother was required to marry his brother's widow to preserve seed in ISRAEL. That law had no application to any other nation!

Leviticus 18:18 states that polygamy as practiced by Muslims is incest. It is one of the most confusing and mistranslated verses in the entire Holy Bible:
Thou shalt not take they wife's sister for a harlot, to rival her, neither shalt thou discover her nakedness, while she is yet living (Leviticus 18:18, Douay-Rheims Version).
Here is that verse from the "authorized" King James Version:
Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time (Leviticus 18:18, King James Version).
The polygamists seize that verse as a loophole in the law to take another wife as long as she is not her sister!
Here is that verse as it would appear in the BC (before Constantine) translation:
And a woman with another thou shalt not take, to be an adversary, to uncover her nakedness beside her, in her life (Leviticus 18:18, Scrivener translation).
In other words, do not take 2 wives because they will be rivals and adversaries to each other for the rest of their lives.
